Sourced exclusively from Castell d’Or’s own vineyards, this Cava Brut is a blend of three native Catalan grape varietals. Each grape is harvested and fermented separately, with blending following completion of the first fermentation. Second fermentation is then carried out in the bottle per the traditional method of Cava production, with the bottles stored in cool underground cellars for a minimum of 12 months.

Tasting notes
Pale gold in colour with a silver froth and fine bubbles, the nose is reminiscent of an autumn orchard, vibrant pear and apple notes with wafts of yeast and pastry. The palate is full and fresh, bright citrus notes on the open with sweet pear and hints of brioche, with a dry, zingy finish.
Great as an aperitif or pair with Asian or slightly spicy foods.
