Sourced exclusively from Castell d’Or’s own vineyards, this Cava is a blend of three native Catalan grape varietals. Each grape is harvested and fermented separately, with blending following completion of the first fermentation. Second fermentation is then carried out in the bottle per the traditional method of Cava production, with the bottles stored in cool underground cellars for a minimum of 14 months.

Tasting notes
Fresh and vibrant with notes of ripe stone fruit and toasted brioche. The palate is light and crisp with a clean zesty finish. Ideal with savoury dishes, barbecues, cured cheeses and Iberian hams.
