Tasting notes
Intense ruby-red color accented with vibrant violet reflections. High aromatic complexity featuring a rich spectrum of ripe forest fruits (such as blackberries and wild plums) layered with appealing spicy touches. Powerful yet balanced and smooth. It features a luscious, velvety mouthfeel driven by soft, pleasant tannins alongside a well-managed structure and good underlying acidity.
Ideal accompaniment for grilled or roasted red meats, game, pâtés, cured cold meats, and mature cheeses.
