Garnacha Negra has a compelling aromatic profile of great complexity and produces very well-structured wines. Cariñena, also known as Samsó in the area, is an intensely aromatic varietal and produces wines with character and body. This is a young wine (Joven), unoaked.

Tasting notes
Bright cherry-red color complemented by a vibrant purplish rim. High aromatic intensity dominated by an abundance of fresh, ripe red fruits (such as cherries and strawberries), layered with subtle hints of sweet vanilla and delicate spices. Full-bodied, fresh, and well-balanced. It delivers a concentrated yet smooth texture featuring abundant, ripe tannins and a well-integrated acidity that yields a pleasant balance between vinosity and structure.
An excellent match for roasted meats, barbecues, grilled red meats, game dishes, and semi-cured cheeses.
